I look at the world in two fundamental ways. The first is pragmatic and solution driven because I know people often need help with what’s going on in their lives right now. Getting the practical life working well helps diminish suffering, and that is of great importance to me.

The second view I take is a more expansive one — you could call it a spiritual outlook. Looking at the “big picture” in this way offers a holistic interpretation of a person’s life letting us see the elements that shape and influence them. This isn’t about a particular belief system, but simply an approach that looks at expansion and possibility over limitations and fear, a method that considers the heart as well as the head.

I have a sound belief in the goodness and strength that resides at the core of each of us. As the years pass it’s easy to wander from ourselves. When we do, life can begin to feel burdensome and fill us with sadness. Finding a path back to you is what internal work is about. Most of us need guidance, encouragement, and tools to help with that journey.

You may just be hoping to get your relationship back on track, launch a new career, recover from addiction, resolve your issues with money, or heal things between you and your parents, but you’re also probably trying to reconnect with yourself. I work on the first level of “fixing” whatever issue you’re dealing with and also, if you’re interested, on the second level of healing your relationship with yourself.

I believe in taking healthy actions and can suggest different tools to help you develop those actions. I’m as practical as I am metaphysical. If a completely down-to-earth approach is best for you, that’s what we’ll do; if something more spiritually oriented turns out to be useful, we’ll work from that angle as well. This work is designed to make changes in your life. I’m happy to facilitate those changes with the strategy that works best for you.

I come from a creative background. For many years I was a dancer and choreographer in New York, which perhaps explains why, of the many different types of people who find their way to my door, creatives make up one of the larger groups.

While I’m an artist at heart, healing is what I am most passionate about. What needs healing in your life may currently only be recognizable by how it looks on the surface. The name of the problem — the “thing” that’s not working — while definitely worth resolving, is itself a sort of arrow pointing you toward something deeper that is asking to be healed. Starting the work is what will lead you to that healing.

As part of my work since the early 1990’s I’ve given the following workshops, classes, and lecture series:

Heal Your Broken Heart
Removing Personal Blocks
Couples Completed
Life Path Seminars
Guided Meditations
The Seven Voices of Love

And soon I’ll be self-publishing my first book, Heal Your Broken Heart.
